Countermeasure: Initialy,the height of Locating PIN’s tip was sand from 1mm to 6mm and the insert can be smoothly placed even when the outlet machine shaked.Moreover,the defect rate was dropped from 0.062% to 0.025%.Finally, add the magnet to the right position of the PIN which make the insert locked without flicked and the defect was eliminated , reached to “0”defect. Effect evaluation : ①insert cover rubber was eliminated to 0,reliability of process is up. ② the annual processing cost can be reduced by 192,000 yuan. ③ circle member’s QC ability level and passion is sharply improved. ④ the outcome was expanded to 563W similar model to solve the similar problem. email: [email protected]
