Honda Engineering North America, Inc, EGA Multiple changes implemented in the EGA Body Equipment sub-assembly area have resulted in a new flow that allows builds to move in one direction along the shop floor, not back and forth. Dedicated build areas have been established for Layout, Mechanical, Electrical and Testing of manufacturing equipment. These improvements have resulted in reduced overhead crane usage, and allows for better project tracking and completion percentages.
