PMC (HAM), Performance Mfg. Center PMC When the NSX goes through the automated blower system, there is still a significant amount of water left on the vehicle that needs to be manually removed. The associates have to bend, reach and squat to complete this process, creating significant ergonomic issues. The manual air blow process is inefficient and averaged 22 minutes per unit. Our Goal was to improve the efficiency by 33%. Actual result was a 77 % reduction to 8 minutes with significant positive impact to several business categories.
