Honda Transmission Mfg., Inc., HTM After identifying associate safety concerns at the CVT Belt Install process area, our team came up with several PDCA activities to countermeasure the slippery conditions in the process space and overall work area. We implemented the countermeasure activity on both CVT lines. Our team was able to greatly reduce the amount of oil on the floor, and make the process space much safer for all associates that enter the work area.
