Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, HMIN Damper Installation process in RS01 line had Ergo Red scores for both Civic and CRV posture category. With the goal of improving Ergo Scores of the process to Yellow, team implemented the tilting device for optimal container angle. The countermeasure not only achieved but exceeded the goal (2 yellow and 1 green) and helped improving safety and morale of associates.
