Providing a convenient service for associates by connecting and recharging during free time

About this Talk
Associates have limited time and space to connect and “recharge” during free-time (lunch and breaks). This creates low morale because they feel rushed during this time that is meant to be rejuvenating. We want to create an area where associate can save time during their free time and charge their phones at the same times. We added pub tables and charging station in the café near the area where associates currently stand around. Since designating this area as an associate relaxed and convenient break space, associates immediately start using the tables and charging station. Based on survey results, associates have stopped going to their cars to charge their phones by 90%, stop using facility outlets and boost morale.
