Reduce assembly time on spoiler MLDG

About this Talk
We investigated with supplier, dealer and internal staff about spoiler MLDG. They complained on assembly time. Then we set up a goal to shorten to 12 mins. After cause and effect analysis we found we needed to create a jig. We took a lot of time on adjusting the jig to fix spoiler MLDG. Finally we came up a idea from finish. According to this method we overcame difficulty and created jig Gen 3 to achieve the goal.
