About this Talk
Current Situation : From the process surveying ,found that there is a waste of time to change JIG Filler Comp while operating. That’s difficulty of members in process and Effect to SMQCD is worse than standard.
Goal/Target : To reduce the time as planned=> 2,400 Sec. / Improving SMQCDE of processing is as well as standard
Countermeasure : Improved how to change jigs by changing the new jig to be able to be used together.
Result : Able to achieve the target And deliver the pleasure to other factories and production bases
